Unni is driven by his life purpose of living life to the fullest and moving people towards their greater accomplishments through fun.
He has been called a powerhouse of energy, a motivator and Entertainer. He loves to explore his potential through varied art forms. His 5 years in NCC sparked his interest in serving the country and resulted in a beautiful tenure of 14 years with the Indian Air force. His posting in Ladakh, Siachen was a paradigm shift experience, while being an instructor of Para Sailing and as a skydiver were the highlights of his adventure cell experience.
His love for sports and the arts led to the birth of two signature events. RED is an Inter Corporate Cultural fest which is India’s finest competition today, and Oxygen is an Inter Corporate Sporting carnival.
As a Facilitator, he brings a strong positive influence. His breezy presence and his facilitation style bring about amazing transformations. His intuitiveness allows him to understand the audience and to quickly set them on a path of positivity through leading by example.

Swapna Nair is an Experienced Relationship & Guidance Counsellor with a demonstrated history of working in the professional Training & Coaching industry.
She is the Founder Director of The Sanctum Counselling, Chennai and Founder Director of Edulife Professional Consulting.
She is skilled in Relationship Counselling, Communication and Conflict Management and also skilled in Coaching, Life Skills, Career Guidance and Personality Development. She is also a Certified Psychometric Assessor.
Her career began as a passionate teacher and she took up Counselling to Transform lives.
